<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting micrometastasis of tumor cells, amplifying and detecting RNA derived from tumor cells quickly (e.g. in peroperative period) at a constant temperature by one step operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method of detecting micrometastasis comprises detecting RNA derived from tumor cells by using conbination of specifically amplifiable oligonucleotide primer and measuring the RNA-amplifying step comprising combination of these oligonucleotide primer by using oligonucleotide probe labeled with an intercalator fluorochrome. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
