<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance photocatalyst filter having a high contact efficiency with a photocatalyst, excellent in ultraviolet transparency, and small in pressure loss. <P>SOLUTION: The photocatalyst filter comprises a ceramic porous body carrying the photocatalyst. The ceramic porous body can maintain the surface area at a high level and secure very large porosity of, for example, 80-90%. Consequently, there is provided the high-performance photocatalyst filter, having the high contact efficiency with the photocatalyst, excellent in ultraviolet transparency, and small in pressure loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
