<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AV content generating apparatus and AV program generating method suited to perform browsing, filtering, search, archive and making personal audiovisual information by managing the audiovisual information in a system with audio, image and animation. <P>SOLUTION: AV contents (AV program) containing at least one of animation, image and audio are received to acquire program description information including view information designating a view of the AV contents.
