PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image whose density irregularity is restrained by stabilizing a specified gap between a photoreceptor drum and a developing roller by improving the roundness of the end of the developing roller and the roundness of the inner peripheral surface of a developing roller flange after press-fitting the developing roller flange in the developing roller without raising the accuracy of the press-fit part of the developing roller flange. SOLUTION: The sleeve flange on whose inner periphery a sleeve is journaled has a groove part in which a sleeve electrode is fit on the circumferential surface of the sleeve flange.
