<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry and carbonize hydrous waste such as used paper diaper and to effectively use a residue of this processing. <P>SOLUTION: This system is established between a processing center 1, a contractor 2, and a user 3. In the contractor 2 such as a hospital and an asylum for the aged, a used diaper is dried by a drier 4a, and a generated residue 5 as a carbonized product is collected by the processing center 1. The collected residue 5' is used as a heat source for a heater 14, a water heater 15 and the like of the user 3. The processing center 1 charges the contractor 2 a cost according to a collection amount and charges the user 3 according to the amount of supplied residue.
