PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with high reliability, a simple structure and a simple outward shape, which facilitates electric connection between a voice coil and an external terminal arranged in an enclosure wherein the speaker is mounted, by a very simple means. SOLUTION: The speaker 1 is configured of a frame 5 to which at least a magnetic circuit, the voice coil 6, and a diaphragm 7 are mounted, and a ring member 10 mounted to the frame 5. Electric conduction parts 11 in pairs are mounted to the ring member 10 while keeping an insulating state between them, and tips of lead wires 8 of the voice coil 6 are respectively connected to the electric conduction parts.
