PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an emergency information collecting device does not have a method for effectively announcing the countermeasure for crisis evasion or evacuation to a resident when it is failed to control domestic equipment such as the main cock of gas or it is impossible to deal therewith when receiving emergency warning broadcasting, or when the fear of a secondary disaster is predicted from collected domestic equipment information. SOLUTION: This emergency information collecting device is provided with: means 2 and 3 for receiving and analyzing emergency warning broadcasting; an equipment information collecting means 5 for collecting information concerning equipment 13 existing in a control block based on the analytic result of the emergency warning broadcasting; and means 7 and 14 for, when the existence of the danger of a secondary disaster based on the equipment 13 is noticed based on the information collected by the equipment information collecting means 5, announcing the result to a resident.
