PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change-over valve for saving space without the need for a space in the outer periphery of a casing. SOLUTION: The change-over valve comprises the casing 31 and a valve body 32, the casing having a main flow-in port 34 and a main flow-out port 35, a bypass flow-out port 36 located adjacent to the main flow-in port and opened to the axial direction of the casing, and a bypass flow-in port 37 located adjacent to the main flow-out port and opened to the same direction as that of the bypass flow-out port. The valve body is changeable over among a first turning position where the main flow-in port is communicated with the main flow-out port at the turning angle of the valve body with the operation of a handle and where the bypass flow-in port is shut off the bypass flow-out port, a second turning position where the main flow-in port is communicated with the bypass flow-out port and where the bypass flow-in port is communicated with the main flow-out port and a third turning position where the main flow-in port is shut off the main flow-out port.
