PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure of a vertical joint part between external wall panels facilitating construction at a site by forming the part between the laterally adjacent external wall panels into a water cut-off state simultaneously with the erection of the external wall panels. SOLUTION: At the part between the adjacent left and right external wall panels 1, 2, the respective external wall panels 1, 2 comprise vertical backing materials 6 of vertically extending band plate shape interposed between external wall surface materials 4 and vertical panel frames 5, and a space between the vertical backing materials 6, 6 of the external wall panels 1, 2 is cut off by gaskets provided at the vertical backing materials 6, 6. In the respective external wall panels 1, 2, vertically extending spacers 9 used also to cut off are interposed between the vertical backing materials 6 and the external wall surface materials 4, and a drainage space part 10 is formed between the spacers 9, 9.
