PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmission type film-vibrating sound absorbing plate and a sound absorbing panel reflecting very little radio wave without impairing light transmitting property and visibility by solving a problem of causing system malfunction when a conventional light transmission type sound absorbing panel using aluminum expanded metal is used near an ETC (automatic charge collection system) because the panel reflects radio wave. SOLUTION: This light transmission type film-vibrating sound absorbing plate is constituted to hold a transparent resin thin film between a resin mesh and a wire mesh having openings larger than at least one wavelength of object electromagnetic wave.
