PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation pile capable of reducing cost by utilizing waste materials and having excellent base isolation property and to provide a construction method for the foundation pile. SOLUTION: This foundation pile 1 is constituted by overlapping and connecting many waste tires 2 having the same or different diameter like a column.
