PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation claw excellent in excavation efficiency and capable of preventing lack of excavation tip and drop out of an excavation claw itself. SOLUTION: The front end excavation claw 6 excavating ground, attached to the tip end in the excavation direction of an augerhead 1 is provided with a shank 62 attached to the tip end in the excavating direction and an excavation tip 63 whose rear part is slantly buried against the excavating direction and supported at the tip end of the shank. The excavation tip 63 is formed in a substantially tabular shape and has two protruded peaks 64, 64 at different positions deviated from the rotary shaft center of the shank 62 to the outside.
