QUARTZ GLASS NONWOVEN FABRIC, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric made of quartz glass, having excellent processability and free from problems of conventional nonwoven fabric, and provide a method and an apparatus for producing the nonwoven fabric at a low cost. SOLUTION: Not less than 95% of the quarts glass fiber constituting the quartz glass nonwoven fabric has a fiber diameter of≥0.1μm and≤80μm and a fiber length of≥5 mm. The nonwoven fabric has a bulk density of≥10 kg/m3and≤400 kg/m3and a thickness of≥0.05 mm and≤20 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
