INNER BASE FOR ADJUSTING CONTENT VOLUME OF BOWL FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a small quantity of rice in a bowl look similar to a normal quantity of rice served in the bowl by attaching an inner base mainly to the bowl and reducing the content volume of rice served in the bowl, and thereby to relieve the mental pain of a person on a diet. SOLUTION: The disk-shaped inner base 12 has such a diameter as the inner sole is stopped in the middle of the bowl when used.
