PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control so as not to help a reel for representation stop a game reel when the reel for representation is provided together with the reel for a game. SOLUTION: This slot machine comprises: a first reel 31 group for which a plurality of first reels 31 displaying two or more kinds of symbols are arranged side by side for displaying the game result of the game by the combination of the symbols at the time of stoppage; a second reel 51 group for which second reels 51 displaying two or more kinds of the symbols are arranged side by side for the same number as the number of the first reels 31 for carrying out the representation in the game by at least one of the rotating or stopping operation and the combination of the symbols at the time of the stoppage; a main control means 60a for controlling the start and stoppage of the first reel 31 group; and a sub control means 60b for controlling the start and stoppage of the second reel 51 group.
