<p>The strap is guided around the outer surface of a pipe (11) and trough openings (25) provided in a U-shaped element (13) pointing towards the pipe (11) with its outer ends (24). A second, bigger U-shaped element (12) is positioned over the smaller element (13) touching the pipe (11) with its outer ends (27). When a screw (16) guided through a bore (15) in the outer element (12) is rotated with its threaded shaft (22, 23) in a threaded bore (18) located at the inner element (13), the inner element (13) is moved away from the pipe (11), while the outer element (12) is moved in the opposite direction, applying pressure on the strap.</p> |
