PURPOSE: A blade protecting device of a brush cutter is provided which performs a highly efficient mowing operation and enables a safe mowing operation by allowing the blade protecting device to contact the ground surface, which reduces labor force and prevents a blade from bumping against stones. CONSTITUTION: The blade protecting device comprises: a hollow box body(1) formed by a metallic panel and shaped to taper upwardly, allowing a mowing operation to be performed safely; an axis hole(3) formed at the center of an upper surface(2) of the box body(1); and a plurality of slots(5) formed on a circumferential surface(4) of the box body(1). |
