OSTEOGENESIS-PROMOTION ENHANCER AND METHOD OF SCREENING THE SAME

It is intended to provide an excellent osteogenesis-promotion enhancer capable of improving the effect of BMP as an osteogenesis promoter; and a method for searching for a novel osteogenesis-promotion enhancer. An osteogenesis-promotion enhancer containing a compound having a selective TGF-beta inhibitory effect as the active ingredient which is to be administered together with an osteogenesis promoter containing BMP as the active ingredient either simultaneously or successively; and a method of screening an osteogenesis-promotion enhancer with the use of the TGF-beta inhibitory effect as an indication.
