AIR BAG DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mounting structure especially of a reinforcing member of a burst opening part in an air bag device for an automobile.

SOLUTION: The air bag device for the automobile has a reinforcing frame 45 that reinforces the burst opening part 51 and the back surface corresponding to an opening peripheral region of the burst opening part 51 and connects an air bag case. The reinforcing frame 45 is formed of front and back walls and right and left walls into a substantially rectangular cylinder shape, and the air bag case 44 is detachably connected to the front and back walls. Each corner of the rectangularly cylindrical reinforcing frame is provided with a deformation preventing means 60 for reducing deformation by expansion pressure of the air bag at an expansion and development time of the air bag.
