<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot-water supply device capable of providing a desired hot water temperature without using a large pump responding to a large flow rate. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 100 reduces the heating capability of a heat pump device 2, when the rotating speed of a circulating pump 20 exceeds a permittable rotating speed, by changing the valve opening of an expansion valve 23 to the opening direction, or changing the rotating speed of a compressor 21 to the reducing direction. Accordingly, even if the temperature of the water sucked to a circulating circuit 20 is high, or a hot water storage target temperature is low, the boiling temperature never causes a rise abnormality.
