<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ideal display without causing uneven reflection by reducing coloring due to interference. <P>SOLUTION: In the reflector, a plurality of different unit ruggedness arrays are arranged in a matrix state, and also, as for each unit ruggedness array, the ruggedness array is constituted so that at least a part of the ruggedness resembles or become similar to fibonacci series.
