HONING WHETSTONE TRUING ADAPTER DEVICE AND ADJUSTING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truing adapter device capable of securing high truing accuracy. SOLUTION: This honing whetstone truing adapter device is provided with: a centering adapter 10 for holding a honing tool 2 provided with the honing whetstone HG in the tip thereof; an adapter device main body 11 for connecting the centering adapter 10 to support it; a connecting fixture 12 for connecting both the 10 and 11 for fixation; and a vibration eliminating device 13 provided in a connection part of both the 10 and 11 to eliminate vibration of the honing tool 12 for adjustment. The vibration eliminating device 13 is provided with a structure for adjusting concentric degree of the centering adapter 10 and the adapter device main body 11 with both ends of the centering adapter 10 and the adapter device main body 11 supported by a truing machine tool at the center of the machine tool.
