PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a washer for exactly and easily purifying the washer sent from a press process even at a narrow place with hardly producing waste materials. SOLUTION: In this method for post-processing the washer, the washers after press forming adhered with burrs and oil are fed into a barrel 3 of a double structure in which an inside can body 2 disposed with many through holes is rotatably provided in an outside can body 1 to remove burrs and oil. By supplying the washers to the inside can body of the barrel 3, supplying washing fluid to the barrel 3, and rotating the inside can body, burrs and oil adhered to the washers are removed by collisions of washers with each other in states dipped into the washing fluid and a chemical action of the washing fluid. After drying the washers by blowing hot air, while rotating the inside can body after discharging the washing fluid from the barrel 3, the processed washers are discharged.
