PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language learning support system and the like capable of enhancing the learning desire of a user learning a specific language such as English. SOLUTION: A language learning support program P1 is loaded into a storage part 400 of a user terminal 100. The language learning support program P1 not only makes a user who learns English record user's own English voice but also gives a theme such as "Manufacture of CD (Compact Disc)" to the user, makes the user record the user's own English voice on the CD and, at the same time, makes the user carry out in English various kinds of processing related to CD manufacture such as input of names of members participating in CD recording and decision of design of CD jacket.
