PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip for saving a trouble of forming a carrier with impurities apt to be deposited in wells, which is easier to handle and applicable to a LAMP method in which DNA amplification is performed. SOLUTION: With respect to this biochip in which probe molecules are immobilized reacting in contact with a sample liquid, the plurality of capillary or recessed-hole like wells 3 are arranged/formed into a matrix shape on a base plate 2, and a reactant 4 is deposited on an inner surface of the wells, the reactant 4 being made by mixing the probe molecules with a hot-melt-type coagulator, which is solidified at room temperature while it is melted at a preset reaction temperature.
