MACHINE CONTROLLER FOR SELF-PROPELLING TYPE INDUSTRIAL MACHINE AND ITS MACHINE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine controller for a self-propelling type industrial machine capable of improving safety by preventing return of working oil in a hydraulic cylinder through a control valve by mechanical control securely and to provide its machine control method. SOLUTION: When a driver does not ride on the self-propelling type industrial machine or the driver is not at mechanical operation attitude, a pipe for operating an actuator 9 is shut off. This control is realized by mechanical movement of a driving lock valve 56 based on a seating signal or a riding signal by a working fluid pipe 76 connected with the control valve 22 operating in the interlocking relationship with an operation device 42 mechanically. By applying a mechanical element operating securely because it is an important control element, it is also possible to avoid a man-made error by the mechanical element operating securely. The addition of the driving lock valve realizes mechanical control. The driving lock valve is added to perform locking by mechanical control instead of locking by electronic control.
