PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an ink ribbon which enables stable supply of ink to an ink ribbon, and a manufacturing method for a ribbon cartridge. SOLUTION: A drying process S31 is set before an ink refilling body assembly process S32. In the assembly process S32, an ink occlusion body and an ink supply body for supplying the ink occluded in the ink occlusion body to the ink ribbon side are fitted in a case, and the ink is filled.
