PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of an operating lever regulating mechanism for regulating return of the operating lever to an initial position to secure a closing state of a valve sleeve for opening/closing a combustion chamber for fixed time by connecting the valve sleeve to the operating lever, in a gas combustion type driving machine, for instance. SOLUTION: A regulating member 22 of the operating lever regulating mechanism 20 is not capable of advancing into a driving passage 4a in a state of a driver 8 left in the driving passage 4a without being returned up to a vertical movement end, thereby holding an engagement edge part 22c in a state engaged to a guide member 23. The operating lever 16 therefore is constituted not to be returned to the initial position. As a result, the durability can be enhanced by avoiding a collision of the driver 8 in a driving operation in relation to the regulating member 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
