PURPOSE: A caisson structure is provided to use for a quay wall by intercepting the reflection of wave energy completely. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a caisson structure comprises the steps of removing a front wall(120) of a unit caisson(100) partially, erecting a seawater guide wall(162) having a wave-dissipating post backing projection(121) on the backside of the inland sea side of the front wall(120) at the same height as the front wall(120), erecting a wave-dissipating wall(161) on the backside of the inland sea side of the seawater guide wall(162) at the same height as both side walls(130), a rear wall(140) and a partition wall(150), forming a space(171) between the front wall(120) and the seawater guide wall(162) and forming a wave-dissipating room(160) in a space from the upper part of the front wall(120) to the wave-dissipating wall(161), constructing a seawater guide hole(164) between the seawater guide wall(162) and the wave-dissipating wall(161) together with a seawater guide partition(163), installing many seawater outlets to be connected with the seawater guide hole(164) through the rear wall(140) on a lower plate, installing a Y-shaped wave-dissipating post on the upper side of the wave-dissipating post backing projection(121) installed on the front wall(120) and the seawater guide wall(162), placing weight(172) to each space(171) and placing cap concrete(180) on the unit caisson(100) to unify a wave-dissipating post(110a,110b) and cap concrete(180). |
