<p>The present invention relates to a removable intra-oral corrective device for preventing snore. The device is made of wire or band material provided with sufficient elasticity and rigidity, and comprises at least a setting component and an upper applicator and/or a lower applicator. The device is mostly applied on upper jaw. The pressure end of the upper applicator is designed to conform itself to the normal configuration of the palatum molle, and acts on the portion in front of the sensitive region of the palatum molle, in order to raise up the palatum molle and uvula upward or upward and backward without causing nausea and discomfort of peripheral tissue. The pressure end of the lower applicator is designed to conform itself to the normal configuration of the posterior of the tongue, and acts on the portion in front of the sensitive region of the posterior of the tongue, in order to press the tongue downward or forward and downward without cause nausea and discomfort. Thus, the obstructive respiratory passage is expanded anddeoppilated, snore is prevented, and sleep apnoea syndrome is remitted without discomfort.</p> |
