PURPOSE: A method and a device for receiving postal matters using a sticker-type RF(Radio Frequency) tag are provided to receive the postal matters by attaching the RF tag to the postal matter, calculating a charge based on weight information and additional information, and recording delivery information to the RF tag. CONSTITUTION: The RF tag(104) is attached to the postal matter(102). An RF tag read/writer(160) records information to the RF tag wirelessly and reads the information from the RF tag. A load cell(114) measures a weight of the postal matter. A processor(140) receives the weight information from the load cell and displays it to a display part(120). The processor calculates a postal delivery charge depending on the additional information inputted from an additional information input tool and the weight. If the charge is normally processed, the processor makes the RF tag read/writer record thee related information to the RF tag.
