PURPOSE:To block movement of a circuit breaker to an operating position by arranging a first lever on the circuit breaker side, a third lever at the lower end part of the first lever and a protrusion on the board side so that the first lever is energized upward, when a board side plug is not mounted on a breaker side plug, and the free end of the third lever collides against the protrusion. CONSTITUTION:When a board side plug 9 is not mounted, a first lever 13 is suspended upward by means of a spring 15 and the lower end 25 of the third lever 21 collides against a protrusion 27 thus blocking push in of a circuit breaker. When a draw out type circuit breaker is pushed in, downward sliding of a second lever 14 is blocked because the lower end 29 comes into contact with a barrier board 26 thus preventing removal of the board side plug 9 during operation. Since the first lever 13 and the third lever 21 prevent movement of the draw out type circuit breaker to an operating position when the board side plug 9 is not mounted, the second lever 14 can prevent the board side plug from being removed during operation of the draw out type circuit breaker. |
