PURPOSE:To improve the connection part strength in the yarn axis direction, burst strength, and the inflation resistance, by obtaining the weaving method in which the joint part strength in the bias direction is maintained at the present value and only the joint part strength in the yarn axis direction is improved. CONSTITUTION:A circular-woven air bag 1 has a connecting single structure woven region on the outer periphery of a double circular-woven part consisting of an obverse surface side woven fabric 2 and a reverse surface side woven fabric 3, and in this connecting single structure woven region, each of four parts in the yarn axis direction is constituted of an inside region 4 and an outside region 5, and the woven structure of the inside region 4 is woven by the loose structure in which the constitution yarns tend to slip each other, in comparison with the woven structure of the outside region 5, accordingly, the inside is constituted of three piece plain woven structure, though the outside is constituted of plain gauze. When the plain gauze is used in the outside region, it is enough to use the woven structure having the relatively less complexity points in a perfect structure. Further, each of four places in the bias direction is constituted of one kind of woven structure, and is woven in the same woven structure to the outside region 5 in the yarn axis direction. |
