In the present invention, there is disclosed a quick-clamping mechanism intended particularly for electric apparatuses (1) in order to attach them to a supporting installation strip (2). The mechanism comprises a catch (3) communicating with the electric apparatus (1) jacket and being adjustably arranged relative to the supporting installation strip (2) and being forcibly slidable in a preset position in the direction toward said supporting installation strip (2). The catch (3) is made in the form of a springing frame encompassing guiding grooves (4) from outside. (4). Passive reaction factors in the form of concave sections (11) or convex sections (16) are performed together on outer portion of the electric apparatus (1) jacket. The catch (3) is provided on its longitudinal sides (12) with inward oriented flanges (13) having their profile adapted to the guiding grooves (4) in longitudinal column (7) on the external portion of the electric apparatus jacket. One end of the catch (3) is adapted as a transverse catch end (14) for engagement with an edge of the supporting installation strip (2) while the other end of the catch (3) is adapted as a control end (15) having the form of a connecting arm of the catch (3) longitudinal sides (12). From inside of the catch (3) there are performed on its longitudinal sides alternative convex sections (16) for interaction with the concave sections (11) on the overlapping edges (10) of the guiding grooves (4) and vice versa. In order to achieve local springing properties, the catch (3) is provided on its inward oriented flanges (13) with a selectable system of at least two relieving recesses (19) arranged opposite to each another. The transverse end (14) of the catch is provided from inside with a reinforcing bridge (17) fitted with a resilient, return tab (18) reaching in a shallow groove (8) and between run-outs (9) thereof on the front side of the longitudinal column (7).
