<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a device for controlling air- and hydraulic-operated riveting machine for fastening by suction of tear-off rivets and subsequent riveting thereof through the mediation of internal distribution of compressed air, wherein the device comprises a space (32) below a double-acting air-operated piston (3), which, due to its stroke, controls a pull of a hydraulic piston (5) arranged there above and exerting a pulling power of the riveting machine (1) wherein said space (32) is interconnected by means of a closing trigger (4) with a compressed air source. This closeable interconnection is formed by mutual action of a by-pass space (18) with a movable actuating mechanism (15) and with a closing element disposed in the trigger (4) and a transfer chamber (9) controlled by the trigger (4) and arranged within the riveting machine (1) body. Said transfer chamber (9) is provided with a movable member and a closing element being in a closed position for fastening the tear-off rivets by suction and thus closing supply of compressed air below the air-operated piston (3) and simultaneously interconnecting the transfer chamber (9) and said space (32) below the air-operated piston (3) with atmosphere, while in riveting functional state being in a second position opening the supply of the compressed air below the air-operated piston (3) and simultaneously closing interconnection of the transfer chamber (9) and space (32) below the air-operated piston (3) with atmosphere, whereby said compressed air source is permanently connected through the internal distribution system of the compressed air to both said trigger (4) and a space (11) behind the hydraulic piston (5).</p> |
