PURPOSE:To suppress dispersion of frequency and to achieve sufficient readhesion performance at the time of idling or slip by providing a control means for reducing the torque of induction motor in one specific drive control unit with a predetermined ratio to the torque command value of an induction motor in all drive control units. CONSTITUTION:A general controller 1 monitors idle/slip detection signals to be fed from voltage/current controllers 2a-2d for drive control units A-D and when thus monitored signal is higher than a decision value, torque command value for one predetermined drive control unit, e.g. a drive control unit A, is lowered by a predetermined extent from a torque command value prevailing immediately before that time point. Furthermore, inverter frequency is generally controlled using an output signal from a speed generator 5a in the drive control unit A. |
