PURPOSE:To defoam completely the inside of a double film, by forming an air hole in an upper film of the double film beforehand. CONSTITUTION:This sheet is constituted so that a perforating roller 2 is arranged on a conveyor line of a film and an air hole 4 is formed into an upper film by a pin 3 of the perforating roller 2. The film 1 possessing the air hole 4 is conveyed to a defoaming part 8 constituted of a plurality of upper and lower rollers 7 along with a lower film 6 to the surface of which resin and a glass fiber 5 are applied and become a double film 9 hereupon. At that time, since a fine foam within the double film 9 is squeezed by the rollers 7 and released wholly through the air hole of the film, an air rich area is not generated in the resin and glass fiber 5 within the double film 9. |
