摘要 The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to direct reduction and obtaining liquid iron. A method for obtaining iron from the charge includes preparation of charge from finely ground ferriferous and carbon-containing materials, determination of contents of general iron, components in ferriferous and carbon-containing materials, forming thermal protection layer on the surface of mobile bottom of aggregate unit, loading and forming the layer of charge on the surface of this layer, reduction-thermal treatment up to obtaining iron, carbonization and selection of obtained iron with isolation of material of thermal protection layer and slag, determination of coefficients of iron extraction from ferriferous material and its carbonization. In the process of obtaining iron from charge changed is the amount of carbon, necessary for reduction of iron depending on high-quality composition of outlet ferriferous material, selected material of thermal protecting layer after separation is returned to the process and with repeatedly used as material of protecting layer of mobile bottom, after reduction -thermal treatment the layer of charge on bottom of the mention mechanism device is subjected to the thermal compression at the temperature of 1300-1380 DEGREE C with subsequent separation of obtained iron. For every component of outlet ferriferous material the coefficient of consumption of carbon, necessary for reduction of component to iron, coefficients of consumption of carbon: in the iron reduction process, at oxidizing and degasifying the layer of charge onbottom, and the amount of ferriferous material, necessary for reduction of iron, are determined according to the formula: , wherein: - amount of carbon-containing material, - amount of ferriferous material, - mass particle of reduced component of ferriferous material, -coefficient of carbon consumption in the component of ferriferous material, -amount of components of ferriferous material which is to be reduced. -content of general iron in ferriferous material, - coefficient of carbon consumption in the reduction processing line (1.1-1.6), - coefficient of carbonization of metal, % by weight, - coefficient of carbon consumption while oxidizing and de gasifying of charge, in % by weight, - content of carbon in ferriferous material. The invention provides an increase of quality of endeproduct.
