<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic cassette changer for automatic recording and sending of a program, which can execute an event of starting reproduction before cue-up is completed and a recording event for which a recording time exceeds the longest recording time of the cassette. CONSTITUTION:A computer 1 comprising a first determining means which compares a cue-up completion time and a reproduction start time after recording with each other and determines whether a cassette is to be divided or not, a second determining means which compares a recording time and the longest recordable time of the cassette with each other and determines whether it is to be divided or not and an event dividing means which divides an event into executable ones, a plurality of recorder/reproducers 3a, etc., a robot controller 4 which moves the cassette to a specified recorder/reproducer, and a control device 2 which controls the recorder/reproducers and the robot controller, are provided.</p> |
