<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise at the time of operation by forming a shape of a partition plate covering an axial-flow fan in a convergent state from the entire periphery of a heat exchanger toward the outer periphery of a bellmouth of an air outlet, and forming an electric component chamber and a compressor chamber outside the plate. CONSTITUTION:An indoor unit 1 has a compressor chamber 22 containing a compressor 8 inside a right end and a right side partition plate 23 for forming a blower chamber 3 at a center. An electric component chamber 24 is provided inside a left end and a left side partition plate 25 for forming the chamber 3 is provided at a center. An air flow passed through a heat exchanger 7 is guided to left and right plates 25, 23 to smoothly flow from the entire surface of the exchanger 7 to a bellmouth, and disorder of a discharge air flow is eliminated. On the other hand, since the plates 25, 23 are formed in a convergent state, volumes of the chambers 22, 24 formed at both sides can be increased.</p> |
