WAX-COATED COSMETIC ACTIVE SUBSTANCE PARTICLES

Disclosed are wax-coated cosmetic active substance particles which are obtained by (a) treating the uncoated particles of the active substance, which are in the form of a fluid bed, by introducing a wax solution in a supercritical fluid that is present in supercritical conditions upon entering the fluid bed and depositing the dissolved wax on the particles; or (b) treating the uncoated particles of the active substance, which are in the form of a fluid bed, by introducing melted wax in the fluid bed, the wax being deposited on the particles while hardening.
