A method for obtaining metallic hollow sandwich panels providing one or more profiled elements that are axially elongated and are externally provided, at a first wing (2) and at an opposite second wing (3), with first seats (5, 6) for the flush positioning of a first metal plate (8) and of a second metal plate (9) and second seats (10a, 10b) for means (11) for fixing the first and second metal plates to the one or more profiled elements. The ends of the one or more profiled elements are then cut and arranged so that they are mutually adjacent, in order to obtain an annular ridge (17) that is closed perimetrically for flush containment of the first and second metal plates at the first seats. It is then possible to apply the fixing means at the second seats of the first and second surfaces and then couple the first and second metal plates to the fixing means so as to obtain a preset metallic hollow sandwich panel.
