A method of producing a sanitated seed potato material includes grafting of the plants, obtained in the in vitro conditions , according to the amount of available nodes, rooting of the grafts in a mineral substrate, creating the optimum conditions for the growth and development of plantsûregenerants. As the substrate, Circulite, comprising an argentum compound, is used. The optimum moisture and air mode in the area of explantats is created on the account of a special chamber. The light and temperature modes are regulated differentially, depending on the stage of the regeneration process. |
