The invention refers to a conjugate which consists of covalently linked between each other biospecific ligand which can bind with predefined structure of cell surface and mutated superantigene which have decreased affinity to antigenes MNS class II. Conjugate have an ability to activate the T-lymphocites for lysis of cells which express noted cell surface structure that is associated with disease such as malignant tumor, viral infection, autoimmune diseases.
