A process for the preparation of a drink based on alimentary vegetable extracts is described, which provides the micronization of the starting product by its crushing into elementary particles, some of which are separated. The aromatic components are then extracted under pressure by means of a suitable solvent. Afterwards it goes on with the separation of the powder from the elementary exhausted particles by the solvent through a centrifugation step from which it then goes on to the separation of a liquid extracted from the vegetable in question, to be utilized exactly the same or mixed with a second substance. The mixture so got is finally sterilized and packed in an aseptic way getting therefore a long-preservation drink. |
