PURPOSE:To improve the measuring speed of the titled apparatus and to enable to measure the cartridge clearance with a good accuracy for long periods by measuring the clearance of a spool against the cartridge, detecting a displacement amount due to a movement of the clearance measuring parts with a sensor. CONSTITUTION:The measurement of the clearance L1 in an axial direction of the spool 6f against the cartridge 6 is carried out while conveying the cartridge 6 continuously. Thus as the conveyance of the cartridge 6 is not stopped for the measurement of the cartridge clearance temporally, the speed of conveying the cartridge is improved. And the clearance L1 of the spool 6f against the cartridge 6 is transmitted as the displacement amount of the clearance L2 between the sensor 34 arranged on the same axis to that of the clearance measuring part 32 and a metal block 33 positioned on the upper part of said parts 32. So that, the mechanical wear of the titled apparatus is reduced, and the accuracy measurement for the long period makes possible. |
