A fine-dyspersated mineral filling agent contains the undesized granite with a humidity of no more than 3 % as grinded subsurface rock, and fractional composition of filling agent is determined by following particles content of given sizes, %: less than 5 mum 50-70, 5-10 mum 30-45,more than 10 mum 5-10. To obtain the filling agent the undersized granite (mining waste) is preliminarily subjected towashing, drying and classification, and breaking and activation are performed on mechanical and pneumatic and mechanical breaking machine with subsequent isolation of fractions with a given size of particles and/or mixing thereof in the given proportions. The filling agent can be used in the industry of building materials, metallurgy, agriculture, medicine and cosmetics, chemical and general mechanical rubber fields of industry.
