PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the scale of an error correction circuit even when information data is continuously inputted/outputted to/from an error correction circuit. SOLUTION: In an error correction detecting circuit to/from which information data of an EEPROM is inputted/outputted, the device is provided with a byte length expanding circuit 15 converting information data of (m) pieces being that one byte is (b) bits to information data being that one byte is mb bits, and a byte error correcting circuit 16 correcting byte error of mb bits constitution from an output of the byte length expanding circuit 15. |
