A fluid system to clean and disinfect medical instruments comprises a non-ionic tenside, with amino-acid and an amino-acid derivative, and a disinfectant agent. Preferred Feature: The non-ionic tenside is selected from the group of alkylethoxylates whose alkyl groups have an optionally saturated, straight or branched chained alkyl group with 10 to 18 preferably 12 -14 carbon atoms. The fluid system contains amino-acid carboxylic acid and glutamic acid. The non-ionic tenside contains isotri-decanolethoxylate and lipid alcohol polyglycol-ether.
