PURPOSE: An injection lubricating device is provided to inject oil to a slab which is positioned and transferred on a rail when the slab is inserted into a heating furnace, thereby reducing the friction with the rail and the noise generated due to the friction and thus improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A slab (10) is positioned and transferred into a heating furnace on a rail (110). Injection nozzle is provided above the rail to inject oil for a predetermined period of time when the slab is passed under the corresponding injection nozzle. An oil supplying section supplies the oil to the injection nozzles under a predetermined pressure. An air supplying section supplies the air to the injection nozzles and the oil supplying section under a predetermined pressure. First and second opening/closing valves (310,320) selectively supply the oil and air supplied from the oil supplying section and the air supplying section to the corresponding injection nozzle. A limit switch (610) and a timer (620) detect the existence of the slab, and turn on the first and second opening/closing valves. |
